Al Abbas Group has been appointed as associte developer, National Engineering Bureau as design contractor, Yousuf & Aman Contracting Company L.L.C (Dubai) as EPC contractor, and Dubai Islamic Bank as the financial consultant for the project.

Foundation and piling works contract has been awarded to Atlas Foundation Est.

In September 2007, groundbreaking ceremony was held.

As of April 2015, project construction works were on-hold due to financial issues. Later construction works resumed.

Construction work is underway.

The project involves the construction of a 12-story mix-use tower at Dubai Silicon Oasis in Dubai, the UAE.

The US$55 million project includes the following:
