CSA scheduled 45-day public review-and-comment period from July 17, 2015 through August 31, 2015 for the EIR and technical studies for the proposed project.
On July 17, 2015, CSA issued a notice of availability of an EIR for the proposed project.
On October 12, 2015, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on The Heritage and recommended that the Council to approve the project.
