Heartland Construction Inc has been appointed as contractor for the project.

Devco filed an environmental checklist application under the State's Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).

On March 13, 2015, Devco submitted a planning application to the City of Auburn.

In September 2015, project received mitigated Determination of Non-Significance(DNS) approvals.

Construction activities are nearing for completion.
