The first phase includes the construction of an 80-story AYKON Hotel and Residences, a 63-story DAMAC Maison Serviced Hotel Residences, a 60-story apartment tower and a 65-story office tower linked by a central podium with retail, dining and entertainment space.
DAMAC Maison Serviced Hotel Residences will include the construction of 280 hotel room on the top ten stories out of 63-stories.
The second phase includes the construction of two 30-story residential towers.
The project includes the construction of swimming pools, a spa, a beach club, cafes, restaurants, a private members club, parking and related facilities.
DAMAC Properties in-house is undertaking the construction.
Handel Architects, Llp (Handel) and KEO International Consultants were appointed as architects.
In February 2016, Damac unveiled the project plans.
On March 10, 2016, Damac launched the 63-story DAMAC Maison Serviced Hotel Residences.
On June 7, 2016, Damac launched the 60-story apartment tower.
On September 6, 2016, Damac launched 80-story AYKON Hotel and Residences.
Damac launched new residential units of the project in April 2017.
Construction works are underway and scheduled to be completed in 2021.
