The project involves the construction of a 12-story mixed-use tower on a 0.40ha of land. It includes construction of ground level retail divided into three spaces, a 1,115m2 space, a 232m2 space, a gym space, 118 residential units of floor area 40m2 to 232m2, a three bedroom penthouse, offices and a 3600 space parking garage.

NBBJ has been appointed as architect. In-house division of DG will do the construction works.

DG and KD plans to acquire the proposed site for the project from Capitol South.

In May 2016, DG and KD submitted revised plans to build a 12-story tower from the earlier proposed 17-story building and reduced the project value to US$60 million.

In the second quarter of 2017, construction works commenced and underway.
