David Wilson Homes (DWH) is undertaking the construction of Basingstoke Marnel Park Residential Development project in Marnel Park, Hampshire, the UK.

In July 2012, the project plans were rejected by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, the developer resubmitted the planning application which was rejected again in September 2012.
The project has been facing protest from the local residents and the outline planning application was rejected by the Deane Borough Council.
In May 2013, DWH lodged an appeal against the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council's decision and a public inquiry was initiated for the project.
In September 2013, DWH secured approval for the project from the Department of Communities and Local Government.
As of August 2015, construction works on Phase one have commenced. DWH is yet to submit an outline application for Phase two.
On May 17, 2016, DWH submitted an outline planning application for Phase two to the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
As of September 2016, DWH is seeking an outline planning for Phase two.
Construction works are underway on the first phase and expected to be completed by 2018.
