The Metro Planning Commission will consider DRG's request for industrial restrictive zoning for nearly 6ha of land of the 47.8ha on November 17, 2016.

Arco Murray has been appointed as a general contractor and GMA Associates as an architect.

In April 2017, DRG purchased project site for US$6 million.
