On October 31, 2014, DCC resolved to grant outline consent for the redevelopment.
On November 6, 2014, DCC approved outline consent for redevelopment.
In February 2015, DPL submitted master plan application to Dover District Council.
In November 2016, DPEL acquired the site.
Planning activities are underway.
