The project involves the construction of a 25,000m2 mixed-use complex. It includes the construction of a 80-room five-star hotel, 140 apartments, a restaurant, a banquet hall with a capacity to accommodate 400 guests, a fitness center, 215 parking spaces and related facilities.
In January 2014, DHC appointed Perkins and Will as the design consultant for the project and the design of hotel started.
In December 2014, Marriott International Inc. signed an agreement with DHC to manage and operate the project.
In January 2015, design works on the project completed.
On November 26, 2015, Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Ltd was appointed as the contractor for the project.
Advanced Plastic Industries has been appointed as pipe supply contractor.
On March 5, 2016, construction works commenced.
On March 28, 2016, Hill International was appointed as the construction Manager for the project.
Construction works are underway and are scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2018.
