Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership (DGHP) is undertaking the construction of a housing facility in the UK.
The project involves the demolition of 400 homes and the construction of 500 new homes in Stranraer and Dumfries. It will include the construction of retail facilities, parks, parking and other related infrastructural facilities.

On May 18, 2011, DGHP invited tenders from contractors for the project.
In April 2012, Cruden Group was awarded US$24 million contract for construction of 57 new units, 140 units that are in various stages of completion and the repairing work for the 164 completed units. Its scope of work also includes the construction of 150 new homes.
This is a part of Scotland's largest ongoing regeneration program, which is being funded by DGHP, the Scottish Government and the Dumfries and Galloway Council. The US$20 million fund has been provided by the Scottish government for the project.
Construction activities on 300 homes were completed.
