EDSA was appointed as master planner, Gary Player to design golf-course, and Kempinski Hotels as hotel operator.

In the second quarter of 2011, Oppenheim Architecture was appointed to design hotel and residences as part of the project.

DCI is awaiting necessary approvals for the project implementation.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a leisure and resort complex on a 310ha area in Nies, Magnesia, Greece.

The US$32 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a 180-room five-star Kempinski hotel

2. Construction of 220 branded residential units

4. Construction of an 18-hole Gary Player Signature golf course
