Dolphin Capital Investors (DCI) is planning to undertake the construction of Lavender Bay Resort in Magnesia, Greece.
The project involves the construction of a leisure and resort complex on a 310ha area. It will include the construction of a 180-room hotel, 220 branded residential units, 390 non-branded residential units, an 18-hole golf course, a beach club, a spa, a wellness center, conference facilities, four restaurants, two bars, and other related amenities.
EDSA was appointed as master planner, Gary Player to design golf-course, and Kempinski Hotels as hotel operator.
In the second quarter of 2011, Oppenheim Architecture was appointed to design hotel and residences as part of the project.
DCI is awaiting necessary approvals for the project implementation.
