Dublin City Council (DCC) is planning to construct the Garryhinch Water Based Eco Park Development project in County Offaly, Ireland.

In August 2011, an application was submitted to An Bord Pleanala for consultations under the Strategic Infrastructure Act.
In September 2011, DCC published the Adopted Plan and Environmental Statement for the project.
In May 2013, Minister for State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government have discussed in a meeting on the future of the Garryhinch Water project.
Irish Water in conjunction with BnM is conducting feasibility studies for the project.
