On May 14 2014, the Schertz city's Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the NorTex plans.
On June 17, 2014, Schertz City Council approved the zoning for part of entire project.
On August 12, 2014, Cibolo City Council approved zoning for part of the NorTex Farms development.
In February 2015, CCMC was appointed as pre-development consultant.
In November 2015, DC was in the process of securing approvals from the city council.
