Dubai Courts (DC) is planning to redevelop the Dubai Supreme Court in Dubai, the UAE.

The project involves the redevelopment of the Dubai Supreme Court on 5.6ha of land. It includes the construction of a 4,420m2 Supreme Court building, an 18,600m2 office space, a 3,154m2 retail space, a multi-level car park equipped with robotic car parking technology with 1,232 car parking spaces and related facilities.

NGP will be providing the automated car parking technology for the project.

Park Line (PL) a joint venture between Next Generation Parking (NGP) a subsidiary of KBW Investments company, and ITNL Infrastructure Developers, a subsidiary of IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited (ITNL), India.

On May 4, 2016, PL signed a US$80 million design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) contract with DC for the project.

In March 2017, PL has received the first sanction from the bank and expects to receive a second sanction shortly.

The project is expected to take 30 months to complete.

Scope

The project involves the redevelopment of the Dubai Supreme Court on 5.6ha of land in Dubai, the UAE.

The US$100 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of a 4,420m2 Supreme Court building

2. Construction of an 18,600m2 office space

3. Construction of a 3,154m2 retail space

4. Construction of a parking facility with 1,232 car parking spaces

5. Construction of related facilities
