Deutsche Bahn AG (DB) is planning to undertake the Rotenburg to Minden Railway Line project in Germany.
The project includes construction of a 77km double track rail line to be developed in two sections; Section I includes construction of 26km rail line connecting Rotenburg with Verden and the second section involves the construction of 51km rail line connecting Nienburg to Minden.
The project will upgrade of related infrastructure facilities like the modernization of stations, upgrade of rail gauges, rail control rooms and the installation of the signal light.
The project was announced back in 1998, however, caught a back seat due to the funding delays and another priority list of projects to undertake.
The authorities are waiting for financial clearance for the project.
