In February 2016, Curo submitted an Reserved Matters Planning Application to Bath and North East Somerset Council and later withdraw the application.

In July 2016, Curo held second public consultation. Curo submitted an Reserved Matters Planning Application to Bath and North East Somerset Council.

The project has been facing delay due to opposition from the local residents.
