The City of Westfield (CoW) and EdgeRock Development, LLC (EDL) is planning to build a mixed-use community in Westfield, Indiana, the US.

In December 2016, EDL is in the process of submitting an application for the proposed plans.
EDL is in preliminary discussions to partner with YMCA of Greater Indianapolis for the project.
On March 13, 2017, the project has received the rezoning approvals from the Council.
Infrastructure works are expected to commence in 2017.
Construction is expected to commence in 2018 and it will take five years to complete.
