It includes the construction of residential units, an office space, a commercial space, a cultural arts center, restaurants, leisure facilities, 929m2 coffee shop, 200 parking spaces and related facilities.

Lyman Davidson Dooley Inc has been appointed as architect and Site Solutions as the landscape architect for the project.

In June 2009, The Vlass Group, LLC signed the contract for the development with CoT.

The city charged that Vlass breached the contract by not starting work on the cultural center and other buildings on time.

On November 20, 2014, CoT announced the US$1.75 million settlement with The Vlass Group, LLC.

On January 5, 2016, Temple Terrace City Council provided preliminary approvals to the project.

As of May 2017, Flaherty & Collins Properties (F&C) has submitted the Request for Proposal for the project.
