The City of Sunrise (CoS) is planning to redevelop its City Hall campus in Broward County, Florida, the US.
The project involves the construction of a US$10 million water park, a new five-story 1,500-seat theater complex with US$34.5 million, a 800-space parking garage and the expansion of city's amphitheater at a cost of US$42 million.
