The City of Pawtucket (CoP) is planning to build a mixed-use community in Rhode Island, the US.

Prellwitz Chilinski Associates, Inc. has been appointed as architect and Birchwood Design Group as landscape architect.
In January 2014, CoP issued a request for qualification (RfQ) for companies to develop the project.
Subsequently, Peregrine Group LLC, Tai-O Group, and Apex Development submitted bids for the development.
On July 7, 2015, Peregrine Group was selected as developer.
In July 2016, the project is facing delay due to financial issues and developer is seeking US$8 million tax credit.
