The City of Glendale, Colorado (CoG) is undertaking an entertainment and retail complex in Glendale, Arapahoe County, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 18,581m2 entertainment and retail complex on 5ha of land. It includes the construction of entertainment space, space for food and beverages, a boutique hotel, 25 bars, a dance club, a cinema theatre, retail space, 2,200 parking spaces and related facilities.

Wulfe & Co., Inc. has been appointed as associated developer, Gensler as architect and Turner Construction as the general contractor for the project.

Martin Martin, Inc. was awarded a contract to provide structural and civil engineering services, Syska Hennessy Group to provide mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering services and The Office of James Burnett was appointed as landscape architect.

CoG also appointed Watry Design as parking consultant, Kumar and Associates as geotechnical consultant, TDA Colorado as traffic consultant, Taylor and Miller LIGHT as lighting design consultant and Square Peg Design to provide signage and wayfinding services.

CoG held administrative consultations to discuss project plans in April 2014.

In April 2015, CoG unveiled project designs.

In Q4, 2015, Wulfe & Co., Inc. terminated the project before official agreement has been made.

The project has been facing delay due to legal issues.

In March 2016, the lawsuit filed against the project has been dismissed and CoG is in planning to initiate the process of issuing bonds to finance the project.

In August 2017, City Council approved a resolution to authorize Glendale to initiate talks with Lincoln Property for project execution.

CoG is expected to sign an official agreement with Lincoln Property by November 2017.
