City of Bayonne (CoB) is planning to build a mixed-use community in Bayonne, Hudson County, New Jersey, the US.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 6.47ha of land. It includes construction 850 residential units and 929m2 of retail space.

DMR Architects has been appointed as master planner for the project.

In December 2013, the City of Bayonne (CoB) issued a request for expressions of interest (RfEI) to develop the site.

In February 2014, six developers including Bayonne Peninsula Ventures Group, Kate Howard Ltd (Kate), an affiliate of Waitex Group, JMF Properties and K Hovnanian Homes, DeBartolo Development and Advance Realty, Somerset Development, LLC and Richmond Company submitted detailed expressions of interest for the project.

On September 16, 2015, CoB selected Kate as developer for the project. Under the terms, Kate will acquire the site from the CoB.

In April 2016, CoB cancelled the contract with Kate as it could not finalize the development agreement.

In May 2016, CoB re-issued a request for expressions of interest (RfEI) with submission deadline as June 30, 2016.

CoB appointed JMF Properties (JMF) as the developer for the project in June 2016.
