Citelis announced plans to build the Esfera City Center Monterrey Mixed-Use Development project in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
The project involves the construction mixed-used development over 18ha of land
It includes the construction of a commercial complex, three office towers, five residential buildings with 900 apartments, a hotel, a power station, multiplex cinema theater, parking spaces and related infrastructure.
Project will be developed into two phases, Phase one includes the construction of commercial center and Phase two includes the construction of office towers, residential buildings, a hotel, cinema theater.
Architect Javier Sordo Madaleno is design contractor for commercial center, and architect Zaha Hadid is responsible for residential buildings, office towers and hotel.
Escala has been appointed as Project Managment contrator, Arquitectura BUDIC as local arcitect, FHECOR as structural engineer, PGI Engineering as MEP supply contractor, Newtecnic as facade consultant, Taller de Operaciones Ambientales (T.O.A) as landscaping consultant, and artec 3 as lighting consultant.
The construction work was started in February 2013 and the project is estimated to be completed by 2018.
