The project involves the construction of a residential complex comprising two 38-story condominium towers with 748 units over an areaof 4,451m2. It includes the construction of a five-story podium, retail space, 755 parking spaces below grade, 2,575m2 of outdoor amenity space, 1,694m2 of indoor amenity space and 248 above grade and other related facilities, and the installation of elevators.
The first phase includes the construction of East tower. It includes the construction of a 38-story condominium tower comprising 374 units and a podium.

Graziani + Corazza Architects has been appointed as architect and Ferris + Associates appointed as the landscape architect for the project.
Carttera has applied for a zoning amendment and in 2017, project plans were changed to two 38-story condominium towers with 748 units from two 35-story towers.
In March 2017, Carttera submitted revised plans to the city council.
Carttera and Diamante awaiting site planning approvals for the project. Subject to the approvals, construction works will start on the east tower first and the entire project is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2020.
