Cairn Homes (Cairn) is constructing a mixed-use complex in Dublin, Ireland.

The 76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay site includes the construction of a 9,330m2 office space and 58 apartments, and the 5 Hanover Quay, Grand Canal Dock site includes the construction of 18,000m2 of office space and 100 apartments.

It includes the construction of retail units, leisure facilities, parking and related facilities.

Savills Ireland and DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald have been appointed as leasing agents for the project.

In December 2014, the consortium have been submitted a planning application to Dublin City Council.

In April 2015, Secured planning approvals for the project.

As of January 2016, Cairn entered into a contract with a sub-fund of TIO for the project site.

Cairn appointed AGEC Ireland as the consultant engineer, whereas Bennett Construction and Trench Control as the construction contractor and Piling sub contractor for the project.

Construction works on the project are underway.
