Urban Community of Bordeaux (CUB) is undertaking the construction of the Bordeaux Urban Development project in Bordeaux, France.

In June 2013, construction activities for the Wine Cultural Center (Cité du vin) commenced. GTM Batiment a subsidiary of Vinci Construction was appointed as the EPC contractor and the construction completed in May 2016.
In December 2013, the architect contract for the Jean-Jacques-Bosc Bridge was awarded to Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA). Construction is expected to be commenced in the second quarter of 2016 for a foreseen completion in 2018.
In December 2013, the build-operate contract awarded to DV Constructions, Lagardère Unlimited Live Entertainment and Bouygues énergies & services for the construction of the Bordeaux Métropole Arena project.
Soltechnic was awarded the geotechnical study contract for Jean-Jacques-Bosc Bridge in the second quarter of 2015.
Between May and June of 2015, public consultation process was held for Bordeaux Métropole Arena.
Construction for Bordeaux Métropole Arena and studies for Jean-Jacques-Bosc Bridge is underway.
Construction activities for Bordeaux Métropole Arena are underway and scheduled to complete in first quarter of 2108.
