Christian Science Church (CSC), in partnership with Carpenter & Company, Inc (C&C) and Pritzker Realty Group, LLC (PRG), are undertaking the construction of One Dalton Street Redevelopment project in Boston, Massachusetts, the US.

The project involves the construction of two mixed-use high-rise towers on a 6ha land. The project is being constructed in two phases.

The first phase, Four Seasons Boston Tower includes the construction of 213m tall, 61-story Back Bay mixed-use tower. The lower 20 stories of the building will be a 211-room Four Seasons Hotel and the upper 40 stories will consist of 180 luxury condominiums units. The new tower will also have ballrooms, conference areas, two restaurants, two lounges, a health club and spa, as well as a separate entrance for residents.

The second phase, 30 Dalton will include the construction of a 26-story luxury rental building comprising 218 luxury rental units, below grade parking for up to 21 cars, and a ground floor retail space facing Belvidere Street.

In January 2013, CSC selected C&C as the master developer for the project. CSC will be responsible for the design, financing, construction and maintenance of the new buildings. After necessary approvals are obtained, Carpenter will take ownership of the buildings.

PRG has been appointed as a developer for the second phase of the project. PRG will be responsible for develop and will own that project.

Cambridge Seven Associates Inc and Pei Cobb Freed & Partners Architects LLP have been appointed as the architects for the project. Rottet Studio has been as an interior designer; Pandiscio Co. and TGT Realty Group as the marketing consultants; Campion & Company as a leasing consultant; G&C Concrete, The Welch Corporation, Treviicos has been appointed as sub-contractor.

Nitsch Engineering and VHB has been appointed as Consulting Engineer.

In June 2013, the revised planning application has been submitted to Boston Redevelopment Authority and received approvals in September 2013.

In July 2014, C&C has signed a management contract with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for the first phase.

On December 19, 2014, The Welch Corp. Contractors was appointed as site preparation and excavation contractor.

On December 24, 2014, C&C acquired the Back Bay site at US$65.6 million for the development of the project.

Suffolk Construction Company has been appointed as the construction contractor.

On January 15, 2015, groundbreaking ceremony held.

In February 2015, HFF worked on behalf of C&C to secure the US$680 million for the project. The US$500 million is being provided by The Children's Investment Fund Management LLP and US$180 million by Citi Private Bank.

In May 2017, Kate Chertavian was appointed as art consultants.

Construction work is underway with completion scheduled in the fourth quarter 2018.
