Coastal Rim Properties Inc. (CRP) and Agave Enterprises LLC (Agave) are undertaking the construction of a mixed-use complex in Hawaii, the US.
The project involves the construction of two condominium towers and a retail building and is implemented in three phases.
The first phase includes the construction of a 13-story tower on 3,821m2 of land comprising 154 affordable senior rental units with ground floor retail spaces.
The second phase includes the construction of a 13-story tower on 4,117m2 of land comprising 143 affordable and market rate condominiums with ground floor retail space.
The third phase includes the construction of a one-story retail building on 4,347m2 of land.
The project includes the construction of a swimming pool, parking facilities, a gym, a central courtyard and access roads, the development of a community garden and an open-air pavilion and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
In January 2015, Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) approved US$10 million funding.
