Central Realty Holdings (CRH) and ECI Group (ECI) are planning to build a mixed-use complex in Greenville, South Carolina, the US.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 4.04ha of land. It includes the construction of 285 multifamily units, a Harris Teeter grocery store, 2,787m2 of commercial space, 100 surface parking spaces and a six-story, 665-space parking deck and related facilities, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
Davis Architects has been appointed as architect and Bluewater Civil Design, LLC as the civil engineer for the project.
In December 2015, CRH and ECI submitted the project proposals to the Greenville Planning Commission.
In June 2016, CRH and ECI secured preliminary planning approval from the Greenville City Council.
In October 2016, CRH and ECI secured initial approvals and GCC has agreed to pay US$2 million out of future property tax revenue from the property over the next 15 years.
Construction is expected to commence in 2018 with Harris Teeter grocery store to be completed by first quarter of 2019.
