Page + Steele/IBI Group and Quadrangle Architects has been appointed as architect, MBTW Group/Watchorn as the landscape architect, Union 31 as the interior designer, Bird Construction as construction contractor for Kip One.
On July 8, 2016, a ground breaking ceremony held and construction activities commenced.
In January 2017, a site plan approval (SPA) application was submitted for the remaining phases.
Construction activities on Kip One are underway and are anticipated for completion in March 2018, planning activities are underway on the remaining phases.
