China Overseas America Inc. (COA), a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, is undertaking the construction of residential tower in Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey, the US.

The project envisages the construction of a 274m tall, 79-story condominium tower. It includes the construction of 781 residential units, 1,300m2 public space, a 1,393m2 retail space, 609 parking spaces and other related facilities.

On November 7, 2013, China Construction America Inc., a subsidiary of COA, acquired the project site from Hartz Mountain Industries Inc. for US$68 million.

Perkins Eastman has been appointed as architect and Plaza Construction as the contractor.

On January 20, 2015, Jersey City Planning board reviewed the project plans. On January 28, 2016, groundbreaking ceremony was held on the project.

Construction works are underway with completion anticipated by 2019.
