Kenzie Group has been appointed as Lead Consultants, Arup BV as the structural engineer, Dunne as the demolition contractor, Savills as the marketing consultant for the project.
In March 2015, demolition works started.
In September 2015, United House sold its four developments to Telford Homes for US$33 million and City North Finsbury Park is one among them.
In the first quarter of 2016, Cass Allen Associates was appointed as the design consultant.
In November 2016, the project was launched.
