In December 2015, CNB invited proposals to redevelop the old police headquarter site with a due deadline submission date to submit an application on February 11, 2016.

In March 2016, POKO Partners submitted plans to the council.

In July 2016, POKO Partners was appointed as associate developer in a common council meeting.

Xenolith Partners LLC and Dakota Partners have been appointed as developers.

In April 2017, the project received US$16 million in financing assistance from Connecticut Housing Finance Authority.
