The City of New Britain (CNB) is planning to build a mixed-use complex in New Britain, Connecticut, the US.
The project involves the construction of a 21,37m2 mixed-use complex with two, six-story L shaped residential buildings comprising 160 apartments on 1ha of land will be developed in two phases of 80 apartments each.

In April 2017, the project received US$16 million in financing assistance from Connecticut Housing Finance Authority.
