In October 2015, project plans were revised again.
In May 2016, plans revealed a further increase in height to approximately 323 meters.
Crown and SG submitted a revised planning application to the Department of Planning and Community Development and awaiting planning approvals.
In February 2017, Melbourne City Council approved the project plans.
Construction is expected to commence in 2018 and will take 6 years to complete.
