Toronto-based, Hariri Pontarini firm has been appointed as architect; Finitec Floor Products Inc as flooring sub-contractor; James B. Lennox and Associates Inc. as landscape architect; IBI Group as civil engineer; Quadrant Engineering Ltd as mechanical and electrical engineer and Goodeve Manhire Partners Inc as structural engineer for the project.
CH in-house division is undertaking the construction works.
In April 2013, the project secured planning approval from Ottawa's planning committee.
On February 4, 2015, construction works on the project commenced and are underway with completion scheduled by the end of 2019.
