Commercial Estates Group (CEG) is undertaking the construction of a residential project in Stamford, Lincolnshire, the UK.

The project involves the construction of 400 new homes on 28ha of land in phases.

It includes the construction of a business park on 4ha of land, a neighborhood center, retail, parking and other related facilities, and the installation of safety systems.

The first phase of the project includes the construction of 70 new homes and the second phase involves of 72 homes. The development will form the first phase of the Exeter Fields estate, which would stretch to Empingham Road. The project will be developed in three phases.

Broadway Malyan Planning and Boyer Planning were appointed as planners, Bryan G Hall as the Transport consultant, FPCR as the Landscape and Ecology consultant, SLR Consulting and Brookbanks as the lead consultants for the project.

Taylor Wimpey has been appointed as the developer for the project.

In September 2011, South Kesteven District Council agreed to allocate land between Tinwell Road and Empingham Road in Stamford for development of the project.In November 2011, public consultation was held for the project.

In April 2012, CEG has submitted planning application to the South Kesteven District Council and in May 2013, CEG received outline planning permission from South Kesteven District Council for the project.

In November 2013, an application for judicial review of South Kesteven District Council's decision to grant planning permission for the development of the project has been rejected by a High Court judge.

In November 2014, Taylor Wimpey submitted detailed plans for the first phase of the project.

In September 2015, construction works commenced on the 70 homes of the first phase.

In November 2016, NRI Civils Ltd was awarded the infrastructure and the first phase plot works.

On 25th July 2017, South Kesteven District councillors approved development of rest 196 homes and 134 homes already set for construction from which 72 homes will be constructed in second phase.

Construction work is underway for first phase.
