In July 2016, CEG held the first round of public consultation on the proposed plans on July 16, 2016, and July 19, 2016.
In September 2016, based on the comments and suggestions given in the first round of public consultation, CEG reviewed and further developed the plans and scheduled the second round of public consultation on September 27, 2016, and October 1, 2016.
On September 27, 2016, second round of public consultation held. Carter Jonas has been appointed as a planner.
In January 2017, Carter Jonas submitted the project plans to Vale of White Horse District Council.
In June 2017, the Planning officers have advised the councilors on the planning committee to approve the project plans.
CEG secured planning approval from Oxford City Council in July 2017. Construction activities are slated for completion by 2020.
