In October 2016, CDPL requested the Department of Planning and Environment to amend the Development Application; which was exhibited from October 11, 2016, to November 14, 2016 for community consultation. The amendments include reducing the number of wind turbines from 29 to 23; increasing the turbine rotor diameter from 104 up to 130m; relocating one turbine; realigning an access track.
