In February 2015, CDPL secured necessary approvals from the NSW Department of Planning and Environment for project implementation.
In October 2016, CDPL requested the Department of Planning and Environment to amend the Development Application; which was exhibited from October 11, 2016, to November 14, 2016 for community consultation. The amendments include reducing the number of wind turbines from 29 to 23; increasing the turbine rotor diameter from 104 up to 130m; relocating one turbine; realigning an access track.
