CPCS Development International Ltd (CDIL) is planning to build a solar power plant in Dutse, Jigawa State, Nigeria.
The project involves the construction of an 80MW solar power plant. It includes the construction of a substation and related facilities, the installation of solar panels, generators and transformers, and the laying of transmission lines.

On May 26, 2014, NSPDL and Jigawa State Government (JSG) entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the development of the project. Under the terms of agreement, JSG will provide land for the development of the project.
On July 4, 2016, NSPDL signed a power purchase agreement with the Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading Plc.
