City Council of Paris (CCP) is undertaking the ZAC Bercy Charenton Mixed-Use Development project in Bercy, Paris 12, Ile de France, France.

In September 2010, the 84-month design contract was awarded to a consortium led by Rogers Stirck Harbour + Partners, comprising coordinating architects, Ateliers Jean Nouvel and Trevelo et Viger-Kohler Architectes, landscaping architects, Michel Desvignes Paysagiste and SAS AREP Ville and engineering consultants, INGEROP Conseil et Ingénierie and Franck Boutté Consultants.
In the second quarter of 2013, the first phase of design studies completed on the project.
The second phase design activities and environmental impact studies were completed in the fourth quarter of 2014.
Planning activities are underway.
