Chevy Chase Land Company (CCLC) and Bozzuto Group (Bozzuto) are jointly planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use community in Chevy Chase, Maryland, the US.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community to be developed in phases.
The first phase includes the construction of three buildings with 530 residential units.
The first building will include the construction of 283 residential units and 6,410 m2 of retail space with 4,645m2 grocery store and 1,765m2 for other retailers at the ground floor.
The second building will include the construction of 24m, 65 units condo tower.

David M Schwarz Architects has been appointed as architect, Vika Inc. as lead consultant, STS consulting as consultant and Lerch Early & Brewer as advisor for the project.
On October 6, 2015, CCLC and Bozzuto held a pre-application community meeting and unveiled the initial project plans.
On June 15, 2016, a public meeting was held in which CCLC and Bozzuto unveiled the new project plans.
CCLC and Bozzuto are set to present their site plan to planning authority by the end of May 2017.
Construction work on the first phase is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2018, the first and second building of the first phase will be completed by the end of third quarter of 2020.
