Clearview Aviation Commerce Centre (CCAC) is planning to build aviation commerce centre in Ontario, Canada.
The project involves the construction of eight industrial blocks an aviation commerce centre on 117ha of land.
The project is divided into three phases, Phase one at Nottawasaga Side Road 33 & 34 on 37ha, phase two on 40ha and phase three at Nottawasaga Sideroad 30 & 31 on 30ha.
It includes the construction of office space, storage units, access roads, parking, four stormwater management blocks, three communal wells, communal sewage treatment system and installation of the sewage and water pumping station.
On January 19, 2015, CCAC presented the project plans to Collingwood Town Council.
On July 7, 2015, the project received approval from the Clearview councillors.
In October 2016, Clearview council has approved a draft plan of the project.
The project involves the construction of an aviation commerce centre on 117ha of land in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada.
The US$230 million project includes the following:

4. Construction of parking facilities
