City Club Apartments LLC (CCA) is undertaking the redevelopment of the 309 Vine commercial building into a mixed-use complex project in Cincinnati, Ohio, the US.
The project involves the redevelopment of a 27,871m2 commercial building into a mixed-use complex. It includes the construction of 294 luxury apartments, 4,180m2 of retail and office space including a 1,021m2 market, 557m2 rooftop restaurant, rooftop terraces with an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and 330 parking spaces and related facilities.
In October 2014, Village Green (VG) purchased the property from 3rd & Vine Partners LLC.
In July 2016, CCA has purchased the property from Village Green. Brinkmann Constructors has been appointed as the contractor, BKV Group, Damon Farber and Village Green Interiors as designers for the project.
On July 15, 2016, construction commenced with a ground breaking ceremony.
Construction activities are underway. The first residents are expected to move into the apartment in October 2017 and the entire project is slated to be completed by February 2018.
