The ground floor includes the construction of 135.6m2 of commercial space as well as an outdoor patio, and six levels of underground parking which will include spots for 208 vehicles, with parking also available for 118 bicycles at the site and the installation of elevators and safety systems.

Roderick Lahey Architect Inc Inc has been appointed as the architect, Royal Lepage Ltd as the surveyor. The in-house division of Brigil will undertake the construction works.

In April 2014, site plan application has been filled with Ottawa City Council (OCC).

Planning activities are underway.
