R. Varacalli Architect Inc. and ERA Architects have been appointed as the architect, The Design Agency as an interior designer, NAK Design Group as landscape architects and TMG Builders as the construction contractor for the project. G. Ryan Design Inc is the marketing consultant.
In July 2015, demolition work began on the existing structure.
