I&P Group Sdn Bhd (I&P) is undertaking the Bandar Kinrara Township Luxury Residential project in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.
The project involves the construction of five serviced apartment towers featuring 1,200 residential units.
The first tower, 8 Kinrara will include the construction of a 38-story building comprising 236 serviced apartments. It will have 27 dedicated levels for serviced apartments, two levels for facilities, six for the multi-story car parking, one level for lobby and retail space and two for basement parking.
The second tower, 10 Kinrara includes 380 serviced apartments in two 22-story blocks. It includes 39 retail units in first three floors and six floors of car parking.
Perumahan Kinrara Bhd, a subsidiary of I&P, will develop the 10 Kinrara.
The project also includes the construction of swimming pools, recreational facilities, indoor gaming facilities, gym and spas, parking facilities and related infrastructure.
Garis Architect has been appointed as an architect. The in-house department of I&P is responsible for the construction activities.
In June 2016, construction works on the first 8 Kinrara tower is completed.
In October 2016, I&P launched the 10-kinrara project.
The project is scheduled to be completed in 2020.
