Shedkm has been appointed as architect, Elliott Wood as structural engineer, Skelly & Couch as Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) Engineer, BCA Landscapes as landscape architect, Barton Wilmore as planning consultant and Faithful+Gould as Quantity Surveyor

In November 2016, HUB submitted planning application to the Greenwich Council.
