The project has been delayed due to public opposition.

On February 4, 2013, BTI submitted an official plan amendment and zoning amendment report to the Scarborough Community Council (SCC).

On May 13, 2013, First community meeting was held.

On August 28, 2015, BTI submitted draft plan of subdivision application to SCC.

On September 14, 2015, SCC approved the plans.

The project is awaiting final approval from the City of Toronto.
