The 1035 Sheppard Avenue West site will be developed on 22ha of land across from Downs view subway station and includes the construction of mixed community including commercial space, a four-star hotel and low and residential buildings comprising up to 3,000 low and high-rise residential units.

The 260 Eighth Street site includes the construction of an industrial lot on 10 ha of land near Lake Shore and Islington.

In December 2014, BTI submitted the plans for the 1035 Sheppard Avenue West site to the city council.

Planning activities are underway for 260 Eighth Street site and BTI awaiting planning approvals for 1035 Sheppard Avenue West site.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community that will be developed in two sites in Toronto, Canada.

The US$100 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of commercial spaces

2. Construction of 3,000 low and high residential units

3. Construction of mixed use community facilities

4. Construction of a four-star hotel

5. Construction of restaurant and cafe

6. Construction of three levels of reserved parking for 371 cars

7. Construction of parking spaces for public and bicycles
