Bedrock Real Estate Services has been appointed as the associate developer and Hamilton Anderson Associates, Christian Hurttienne Architects, Lorcan O'Herlihy Architects, Merge Architects and Studio Dwell as architects for the project.

Hunter Pasteur Homes are developing 104 units and remaining 306 units by Bedrock.

In May 2015, BPDP signed a development agreement with the Detroit City Council.

The project secured approvals in February 2016.

Sachse Construction LLC has been appointed as the construction contractor.

In November 2016, ground breaking was held marking the commencement of construction.

Construction activities are underway with scheduled completion in first quarter of 2018.
